What to Expect
Site Planning – We’ll help you choose the right location and prepare your pad. Hot tubs need a flat, stable surface like concrete or pavers, plus electrical access.
Delivery – Our enhanced curbside delivery includes specialized spa dolly equipment. We’ll place your hot tub, remove packaging, and set up your cover.
Electrical – Most models require 240V service (40-60 amp dedicated circuit). We’ll advise on requirements and can supply GFCI breakers if needed.
Orientation – We walk you through operation and water care so you’re confident from day one. And we’re always just a call away if questions come up.
